Terrific to work with and analyzes the problem accurately faster than you can explain it. A previous plumber changed a part in my toilet and said I was "all set" but the tank refilled again during the night, keeping me awake. Jim knew exactly what part to replace (a washer is easily damaged by chlorine in the water) and replaced a second part to make the toilet quieter--as it was when new. He charged less than the plumber who got it wrong. A bonus was a discussion about nature photography that his wife does, since I am a nature photographer too. Took him 30 minutes, and he showed up in one day.
