Our plumber Carl was extremely knowledgeable and polite.
They corrected an installment, by another company, of 2 tankless water heaters efficiently and professionally. Total job costs were over $2,500, which was high; however, they were responsive in a dire situation. My opinion changed when when they charged $258.00 for a 5 minute job to replace a $3.00 O-ring on a water filter. The O-ring was only available online and the canister was disassembled before I checked. Lost a customer and I don't think it matters to them.
Carl came out and solved ALL my plumbing problems expertly. He sleuthed the problems fixed everything in one visit. He also explained what he was doing and why. Shary's henceforth will be my go-to plumbing experts!
We have been trying for three months to get a ticket item taken care through Shary's. However, they have ONE lady that handles work orders for warranty items WHO NEVER WORKS! What contractor does not have backup for employees that never come to work?!?!?!?! Shame on me for not taking my business elsewhere within the first month......
